How can I get rid of the rolli pollies that keep eating my plants?

I have an infestation it seems of rolly pollies in
my yard that keep eating any type of hedge I try to plant. I've tried the wet newspaper trick, beer in a tuna can buried in the soil, manually picked them out one at a time and have elevated and removed all debris from under and around the plants to no avail. I'm about ready to give up! is there any type of spray or garden repellent I can use to get rud of them?

Have you tried to use Spiky plants?
Water only in the morning so it is dry when the critters come out at night. Also, go out at night with a flashlight and check the under side of your plant leaves and check for slugs and other critters as the sow bugs may not be the one chomping on your plants as they prefer wet debris. Once you are sure of what the culprit is you can find the right method to eradicate them.
