Flowers on the Stairs
To dress up our drab stairway, at my husbands suggestion, I am painting the risers. Come and see how the first one turned out. I also have painting tutorials for the different flowers I paint on the blog, just in case you want to try your hand at painting something for your house.

VERY PRETTY! And it just dawned on me that steps painted black with white wallpaper with black figures on the risers would be stunning! I saw a post recently where someone used a white paper with and open design of thin branches and a few leaves...it was stunning! (actually any color combination would be pretty)
