Bananas! on Feb 10, 2014They sell a grout remover, it's a tool that you pull and scrape towards you, quite a bit of work, but it works. Then spray with bleach let sit, wipe clean and voila! you're ready to regroutHelpful Reply

Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Feb 10, 2014Exactly right Bananas, You can clean and bleach the grout to lighten the color of the mold, but you will not remove it unless you remove the grout and replace it with new. If your issue is along the corners, most likely its not grout anyway its caulk. In any case a grout saw much like a toothbrush with carbide cutting edge is drawn along the edge removing the old dirty stuff. Once removed and replaced, be sure to seal the new surface to fill the tiny holes that you cannot see but holds the soap sum that is promoting the mold development in the first place.Helpful Reply

Tracy B on Feb 11, 2015To remove grout, I used a Dremell rotary tool with a grout removing bit. I've used an oscillating tool with a grout removing blade, too, which is the fastest way to remove grout.Helpful Reply
