maybe use roll out storage boxes that go under your bed .
Hi Sandi, A lot of people use the space under the bed to store shoes. If you have the available space under your bed, you could attach your shoe boxes together. Perhaps with stapler, paper clips, zip ties, etc. That way you would just have to pull out a line of boxes at a time. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
Hello Sandi; I purchase clear shoe boxes with lids. That is how I store the vast majority of my shoes!!!
Furthermore, I label the ends of the box, for easier access.
They are easy to see, and are easy to access.
The shoes that I wear all of the time are hung on the back on a closet door in a clear holder.
I hope that this helps you!!! Take Care!
The best way to "store" shoes is to leave about 70 pair in the store.
Shoe bags over a closet door and entrance to bedroom. Then. Three drawers plastic cabinet put in closet.

Use coat hooks near the floor and a 2nd row above them.. hang them on them when you take them off. I'd still keep the seldom worn ones ( sandals, extra special occasion ones stacked in clear boxes..) change them out seaonally.
We took a small closet, removed the rod and added adjustable shelving. We put the shelves just far enough apart to put a shoe stacker in. These allow you to stack one shoe on top of the other. The Container Store or Amazon has these. Here is a link for the Container Store. https://www.containerstore.com/s/shoe-space-savers-package-of-6/d?productId=11003520&q=shelf%20shoe%20stacker
Now each pair of shoes have a spot and I don't have to move one pair to get to another.
