They sell countertop kits at places like Home Depot and Lowes from brands like Giani and Rustoleum Restoration. They are pretty affordable, come in different styles and have everything you need plus instructions.

Rustoleum Counter-top Renewal! Used it three years ago and is still in great shape. Inexpensive, easy to apply, and looks great.
Hello Queenbet; If I were redoing my Countertops, I would go to Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Etc.
They have everything that you will need to redo your Countertops, and it will not cost you an arm and a leg to do such!!!
I personally redid Countertops for a Friend, and they turned out so well, that people think that they have been professionally done!!!
