Try a Dehumidifier - You maybe able to hire one................
I'd try cat litter. Put it under the sink and leave it for a couple of days. It should absorbed the smell, and do it again with fresh litter. On the first try, sweep out litter, and do it again. Make sure you cover the bottom well. and close the door. Good Luck!
Put tubs of Damp Rid in the RV
I would clean well and use damp rid. You can also put charcoal to help eliminate the odor.
Open a bag of charcoal briquettes and leave it in the RV for a while. Absorbs odors and moisture.
Put some charcoal in a shallow box and set inside the area that wet. Also, on hot, dry days, aim a box fan or whatever size fan will work into the sink base area to make sure are is thoroughly dried out.
Coffee grounds will help too
