Is there a product to use on an old redwood deck to restore it ?

A power washer is often too harsh for a deck's wood, and can damage the deck's wood. I would use one of the deck cleaners you can buy for use with a scrub brush/broom, and only use a garden hose at a "jet" setting.
Get a good colored paint stain from a paint store made for decks. Power wash , let dry first.
TRy just a power washer first, might be all you need.
Take off the decking, then turn it over and put it back on. The other side still looks new.
You are supposed to do this every two years, so if its really deteriorated you may not be able to bring it back. https://www.inman.com/2012/10/10/7-musts-maintaining-a-redwood-deck/
I would say get it inspected as falling through a deck is a horrible experience you may not live through. I did fall through one and lived to tell the tale, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
