Hello Cori; You can hang pictures from a Clothesline of sorts, as my Mother did this when I was quite young.
She simply hung a length of line across one wall of her Dining room.
She then hung select pieces of my Art work, until we decided which ones we wanted to save and frame to keep for good.
I hope that this helps you!!!!! Take Care!
You could do them like a collage. I once did something similar by getting a poster frame and arranging the pics inside. You could decorate the edges if you wanted to do that.
Good luck!
My girlfriend found a very large antique display case (think hinged shadow box), that has lovely hardware. She made a fabric covered cork board false back and wedged it in and hung on the wall so that the glass front was like opening a door. As she collected photos over time, she would just artfully tack in with pretty thumbtacks, hat pins, etc. Looks really cool.
An old window is great for displaying pictures! You can make collages on each pane, or put one picture in each pane and change them out periodically.
You can create a quilted wall hanging with picture pockets and change them out periodically.
I saw a wire tree once with pictures on it. It was a bare tree, not a Christmas tree and it was really interesting!
Hope that helps

One large frame, collage the pictures in it under the glass - Easy to change when you want to add more, very easy
Thanks everyone for the ideas! I'm very inspired!!
I did a giant picture board at the Boys and Girls Club in wavy water purple velvet with thin ribbon criss-crossed all over the board in a grid to hold the pics. Ribbons were stapled on the back side.
Take a frame, paint it the color of your choice and staple chicken wire across the back of the frame. String twine across it and use the small decorated clothes pins to hang pics.
