Hello Sandra; Yes, both parents feed the babies.
The babies are small and are very hungry.
If they are not fed most of the day, they will not grow as fast.
I have had a Family of wrens that builds a nest on my porch every year.
I am able to watch them sometimes, as they are smart, Beautiful birds.
I hope that this helps you!!! Take Care!
I think that if they are feeding the babies non-stop its for a reason????
While it may look that way, according to this article it's actually not true.

Hope that helps.
Wrens are wonderful parents. Hopefully, the proud father is still singing? Don't worry about them, this is just the way they are. Four or five babies eat almost constantly, and what you are seeing are parents who are carrying one insect (two at the most) to each of the nestlings. They feed more often during the day, sometimes at night. At that rate, they really are feeding nonstop! Don't interrupt the parents or bother the nestlings; they'll be gone before you know it.
Great eye Sandra! "The nest is right outside my window. I've timed the parents' trips. From daylight to dusk, seldom does more than two minutes elapse between feedings. Observers whose patience exceeds mine have counted over 1000 feedings to a house wren brood in one day." Wow! That's a good way to lose baby weight! Anyway, read this birdwatcher's site and her observations about the pretty wrens: http://www.birdwatching.com/stories/house_wren.html Have fun!
We feed our babies 24 hours a day until they sleep through the night, why not birds. Babies are babies and require all day and night care.
They are so cute! Here are a couple links for further info.

That's necessary and their program has worked for quite a few years!
You should show them the answers to this article and respectfully request that they adhere to a curfew. I'm thinking not after 9PM or before 7AM would be reasonable. Contact your Homeowner's Association if they refuse to be reasonable.
Babies eat 24/7; keep a bird feeder nearby, as well as bubbling water to help.
I had to laugh at this. The little wrens have run us off our front porch. They have babies every year in the birdhouse and they screech at us every time we open the front door. We give them space while they raise their family. By then it is too hot to sit outside. There will be no bird houses on my newly decked out back deck!!!!
