If you do paint the inside, put a couple drops of real vanilla and mix well. It will pretty much kill the paint smell.
I'd paint with chalk paint so you can make notes of what needs washing or replacing
A pale aqua would be pretty.
Yes , Pale Aqua was my first thought, or Ice cream colours
could use a roll of washable wall paper
I think the Pale Aqua with the sandy beige would be perfect.
Good luck!
You have an amazing place to start, gorgeous neutrals. You could paint the insides ANY color and it will look amazing. I agree on going with pastel ice cream colors, there are very IN at the moment. Have you considered a cool toned pale peachy-pink? Another great color would be a subdued and pastel version of tiffany blue.
I would use Glidden Sandy Feet #GLO20 it's beautiful, one coat for the walls, and two coats for the door. Go to one of the large Home Improvement store, Homedepot or Lowe's, and take some samples home and see how they look. The cards with the paint name and number are free. Once you decide you can even get a samples to try out. Good Luck!
It's only paint...so you can do it again if you don't like your first choice. I am envisioning a very pale shade of sage green...or whatever a fav color is for you! Post it when you do it, please!
I think a pale blue or aqua would look good with your tans, taupe too.
