Stick it outside in the sunshine for a few days and see if that helps.
Try putting odor control kitty litter (the kind with baking soda, like Arm & Hammer Super Scoop) in the drawers for a day or two. The kitty litter absorbs moisture and the baking soda neutralizes odors.
Place some charcoal in them, or a box of baking soda - a light sanding would help too.
I like the carpet cleaning product that you sprinkle on carpets with baking soda for pet odors.
