A good wash with vinegar should do it. Pop a box or two of backing soda in the fridge and freezer compartments to get rid of any lingering odors.
Charcoal briquettes also absorb order.
i bought a used one once for a rental I was in and discovered that the mold was also in an empty space between the freezer and fridge. I took it outside and sprayed water from the hose through the freezer drain area then poured some bleach into that area to soak overnight then used the hose again. Before bringing it into the house close it for a whoile and smell it when you open it. If you still smell mold repeat the whole process.
pour pure vanilla into lining it is magic I had chicken water run into mine and this fixed
Use a bag of charcoal, put it in,close it up and the charcoal will absorb the odors
Put coffee grounds in a bowl in the frig and close the doors for a couple of days. You can also separate newspapers and wad them into lose balls, place them inside the frig and close the doors for a couple of days.
Scented Clorox did the trick. Thankfully...No Mold.
Thanking you for your response 💕👍
