Vacuum hinges and put some olive oil on them with a small paint brush.
I would try Folex carpet cleaner. It's always worked for me.
Beware, that dust probably has an oily residue to it, so don't rub. Make sure you get the right cleaning product for the job.
I would try using white vinegar & some baking soda. You probably don't need alot. Also put small amount of water in it. Scrub in with a sponge. Let set for a few minutes, then rinse
Use vacuum hose to extract the powder, as much as possible. Spray on carpet cleaner, sponge with cotton towel. Repeat as needed. It worked for me. Good luck.
Try sprinkling cornstarch on the stain first to soak up the oil. Vacuum that up, then try a baking soda and water paste on anything that's left .
I would use a piece of tape to pick up the graphite granules. Or get one of those cheap sticky tape clothes brushes at the Dollar Store.
