Can you apply paint to terra cotta color, outdoor brick?

    Yes you can, but if you want it to stay on with no annual mantenance then you would need to seal the Brick First with Sealer,

    Google German smear, you can tint the smear - which is really very water-y mortar - with concrete tints that you'll find at your local big box home center.

    Yes, but for such a big job you should talk to your paint professional at a home improvement store to show you the correct materials and ways to apply it. They are the best ones to speak with since they are trained to sell specific kinds of paints and applications.
