Kudzu can be difficult to moderate. If you're committed to complete removal, remember you may well lose nearby plants. IMHO, Kudzu is worse than dandelion. I think the next step might be to contact a university extension service for detailed information tailored to your particular area.
Kudzu is a terrible, invasive vine that is difficult to eradicate. It can take a few years to completely eradicate it. A commercial week killer sprayed on, plus digging up the roots is the best.
I've been trying to completely get rid of it for many years. The best you can do is cut it back and dig up the roots for each one you can and use a commercial weed killer. Eventually it will get under control.
Around 60 years ago, my father worked for the Soil Conservation Service. They were excited because kudzu was going to stop erosion. Unfortunately, it took over. I would use a herbicide and plan on doing this multiple times. You may also call your county Soil Conservation Service Agent and ask them. Listed under US Government. Good luck.
I have found salt and vinegar to kill just about any plant life. However, since some plants perpetuate growth underground or by "springing" seeds you will have to stay on top of it. If you see it get on it right away. I have thistle I am now doing that with. It may take me a few years but I will be the victor. After the salt and/or vinegar you will have brown spots because grass won't grow either. However I prefer that to chemical decimation and usage. I can always enrich my soil and replant seed.

Move somewhere else, it is like Bermuda grass, cannot be killed.

Just keep cutting it down as close as possible to the roots. It will never, ever go away.
