Check out Lowes, Home Depot or Menards. They all have some really good products for redoing your countertops.
Depending on the look you're going for, Rustoleum has a great paint kit for counters. If you want to create something different, sand, clean, prime, paint, seal with a good polyurethane. There is also the cement product you can apply for another look. Best of luck.
