try Pinterest? Or YouTube.. I don't know exactly what it is you wanted to make or do.
Use the search engine at the top of the page and type in wood repurposed . Lots of project ideas will come up. Have fun!
Our family started a crafting ladies reunion called Craftapalooza. We each teach a craft to the others. This year we learned
Tatting
Wood burning
Butterfly refrigerator magnets
Macrame
Bread dough roses
& Asian lidded boxes
The point is, there are a zillion crafts out there all requiring different types of raw materials and specialized tools.
You should think of what you enjoy doing with your hands the most and pick a craft along those lines that fit within your means.
For example- I have always loved pencil sketching. It is easy for me and I love creating the monochromatic images. So when it came time to pick a craft, I chose Wood burning. It took a minimal investment for tools and I can find wood all over the place!
I am convinced that the combination of ease and affordability makes my crafting successful.
I hope this helps!
Enjoy your new hobby
