This article talks about paint, but I would think it might work for removing the sparkle too - https://www.hunker.com/12327196/how-to-get-dried-paint-out-of-sheer-curtains - you could also try hand washing them - a lot of time the sparkle doesn't adhere super well and will come off in the water.
