You could disassemble it and reuse the pieces for othe projects. I have seen several projects where people have upcycled it into bars

If it's an upright piano, take out all the strings, cut a small hole in the back for power cords and make it a tv stand.

Make that mahogany shine. If it has a cover for the keys, glue the cover shut and use that as a shelf. 😇

If the piano is playable, get it tuned and use it or sell it.

If the piano is not playable for whatever reason, re-purpose it into something else. I've seen projects that have turned them into bookcases, desks, or bars (both liquor and coffee) very attractively.

You can stripped the wood. If it is mahogany wood, it will become a reddish color wood. We had an older piano ( upright) and then we got an older baby grand. We stripped them both, and my husband sealed them with "tung oil".. But , in between he sanded, then redid again approximately 20 more times. It is a long and tedious process, but it looked beautiful. We also had someone come and tuned them. If you want something easier and do not want to use it anymore... You can take off the " core inside " and the notes... (if upright) paint it. and convert the inside as a flower bed. (if near a window or light) ..

Assuming it is an upright piano, remove the large front panel, carefully because you'll be putting this back on, and gut the inside.

Install 2-3 narrow shelves, perhaps made of Plexiglas.

Re-finish front panel, (if necessary), and attach. On the piano I saw, this front panel actually sung out towards you, then up and could remain in place.

Sorry, I can't give detailed instructions, because on an out of town trip, I was invited to this homeowners home. After complimenting his beautiful piano, he asked if I would like a glass of wine or something stronger.

I replied no thanks, then he and wife starting laughing and replying that this was a dual function piano piece. During the week days, or when church friends were visiting, the "cover" was closed; on weekends the "cover" was opened, displaying a nice little bar, with bottles and glasses !!

Another idea would be to arrange nick knacks on the shelves and leave panel off.

It's been over 30 years , since I saw this, and knew it was a sight that I'd never forget !

You could donate it to someone or my late father took ours apart and used the wood to make a nice cabinet??
