Moth balls.
moth ball are very toxic
Moth balls are actually bad for the environment and contain toxins that can actually destroy some of the plants you are trying to save, or those around them.
You can build a fence of 1 in. chicken wire around the plants but dig a trench 3-6" around it and start the fencing there so the rabbits can't dig under it. See if this helps. It has more detail:

If all else fails, deer repellent spray will also repel rabbits.
Good luck!
trap and relocate the bunny..many city's have traps for a deposit...get the money back when turned in. i will confess after raising rabbits for 4h and for food, it would be relocated to the grill with a nice cover of bbq sauce.
local nurseries usually carry a dry powder that deters, deer, rabbits, etc it won't harm them but when they smell it they go away. If it rains will have to reapply. also if rabbits are eating flowers -found a good remedy, go to your local hair salon get the hair clippings and place the hair on the stems of plants, seems this causes the hair in their mouth which of course they don't like. Also most animals dislike marigolds, so planting them keeps the critters away.
