Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?

Hi Joye, I cannot help but ask MUST the seat be attached to the wall, or can you use rubber feet on a seat to keep it from slipping. I understand it wouldn't look as elegant, but it would still be functional (and if not rubber feet, then a rubber mat, perhaps?)
Why mount a unit to the wall when you can use a bath chair that you can sit where you want in the tub?
The shower is a 36" X 36" neo-classical. There is not much room.

If that doesn't work, maybe get a transfer bench for the shower? http://www.carex.com/images/items/CX_B154-11_Image1.jpg You can change the side the back or the arm brace goes on by undoing a couple screws, and the height can be adjusted too. You can pick these up quite cheap at St Vincent de Paul thrift store.
