The only thing you can do is clean the fabric, and I like adding 1/2c of 20 Mule Team Laundry Borax to the wash. If its a yellowed white, try lemon juice, and add some bluing to the rinse.
If the dyes have faded from use or sun damage, there is nothing to do unless its a solid... you could re-dye it.
