TomJoMo, the pressure washer could damage your brick if it is the red building brick.

If your driveway is made of pavers go for it! Once clean you can sweep in polymeric sand, gently wet down when all sanded and that should solve your problem.

If it is the red bricks that look like building bricks,

You could make your driveway a bit by bit project and stop the weeds by only doing a small section at a time. Clean the dirt and weeds out from between your brick so that you have a deep groove. Fill the grooves with polymeric sand. Gently wet down the sand in the section you complete each day. It will take some time but as the completed sections grow so will your joy at a beautiful weed free brick driveway!

Spray with weed killer.

spray with vinegar and add a little Dawn blue dishwashing liquid to make it stick ,spray while the sun is out, you will see them wilt almost immediately!

I know how to kill the weeds. I want to know the best was to actually remove the weeds from between the bricks once they're dead.

I use vinegar in a spray bottle to kill weeds. Once they're dead, they are easy to pull up. You could also try a rake to pull them up.
