Start by sweeping the floor of all dust. Fill a bucket with warm water and add a small amount of vinegar (1/4 cup per gallon of water). Use a mop or cloth that is thoroughly rung out to prevent dampening the wood any more than necessary and allow the floor to dry completely.
Vinegar and water mixture. Use a spray bottle with 1 part vinegar and 2 parts vinega and begin with a dry mop.
Oops should be 2 parts water.
Well because they are not sealed they are acting like a Sponge for anything and everything. You will have a never ending job of Scrubbing, but it will never look pristine, Better to Stain and Seal or Paint.
