Old shutters!
Book shelves or window frames suspended from the ceiling. Look on Pinterest for ideas. Don't forget to share on here what you do!
Use an old hinged bi-fold door. Just stand it up where you need it.
One option is to hang custom wood blinds from the ceiling. They are very inexpensive online. I also use a long 'library table' with tall candle sticks and plants. Other options might be an aviary or aquarium.
Suspend hardware from the ceiling and use a curtain, much like the way hospitals use curtains between beds. My two girl and one boy cousins grew up in a small NYC apartment with one bedroom that way. My aunt and uncle did the sofa bed routine in the living room. Good luck!
