You will replant them by digging your hole So it is the same as it was in the pot. Dig your hole large enough to accommodate the dirt that is in your pot. Your plant should not suffer any shock, if you use as much of the dirt in your pot as possible. Make sure you do not have air pockets around your plants. Happy planting! 🌺
Typically you want to transplant plants at the same level they have been growing. So...when you put them into the ground, make sure you have the same amount of stem showing as when they were in the planter pot....this will help prevent shock to the plant. Make sure to loosen the soil in the hole so the roots can expand into the soil easily.

I always dig the holes bigger than the pot, and make sure the crown of the plant is level with the soil line.
