I would get some big bamboo poles at garden store, like 1" or more diameter, cut bottom end at a 45 degree angle and long enough to put a few inches into the dirt and angled up under the bowl edge. Cut either 4 or 3 leg supports. Maybe find a couple wooden coasters for top of poles and screw them in. Dig a little hole for each leg and insert the angled end in dirt with it tilting to bottom of bowl with little coaster platform on the bottom of bowl.
You could also get a wider diameter cement tube that will fit over base but support the bowl once you put it on. When you cut the length, allow a bit of the stem to show to fasten the bowl in the slots, decorate it with hypertufa,
Can you post a photo? How about a large terra cotta clay pot turned upside down and set the birdbath on top of that and be more stable? You can always embellish or paint to match your birdbath.
