You can buy stacking stands for cupboards for plates cups, etc, perhaps they would help you with stacking jars.
I stack mine with the kids on so they sit on top of each other easily
There are racks for canned goods that prevent the jars from toppling over. They are fairly inexpensive and can be found online. You can also stack your jars in a box so they have the necessary support along the sides to keep them from falling.
If the jars are small enough, you could stack them in pringles canisters. Or, maybe you could put the jars in clear shoe boxes (from the dollar store).
Make sure the bottom of the jar is the same size or smaller than the lid it is on.
