Pretty easy to sew a fabric tube and fold under ends like a package to slide over your cushion. Get outdoor fabric. Get a new slab of foam if the cushion is too flat or torn up. Check the camping section they sell 3" slabs of foam for camping on.
I bought a ready made one on Amazon....if you are not a sewer, which I am not. I needed an odd size and they had just what I wanted.
Buy a new piece of foam for the cushion, then cover it with any outdoor fabric. Or, purchase lawn chair cushions in the right size and use those if you don't want to make your own.
Walmart, Menards and other department stores and hardware stores provide extra cusions for outside sitting areas. It is on sale this time of the year, so hurry out and find what you need!
