Personally, I store my spices on a lazy Susan on the bottom shelf of my two-shelf cabinet. It makes finding the spice I want to use much easier.
If you do not mind spending a little money, The Container Store has a sheet of metal that is magnetic and hangs on the wall. They also have little tins that have clear plastic lids and adhere to the sheet of metal. How you arrange the spices is up to you but you can put the names on the lids, or the tin itself. You would be surprised to see how many you can put on this sheet.
Hope this helps!
