Home improvement stores have replacement kits with good directions. They come in various styles and prices. If your sprayer matches your faucet you probably don’t want to replace it - there are also repair kits.

My sprayer is leaking so I looked it up. Here's how to replace just the sprayer: http://www.accuratebuilding.com/publications/recipes/plumbing/replace_sink_spray_head_chp95.pdf . Now I need to go get a replacement part and get it done!
Call a plumber??
A proffessional is usually my suggestion here as one does not know the type of faucet//or anything little thing else that might require attention to...
After saying that i fixed mine with a new pair of medium style panty hose; cut to fit & attached with a way that suited this old place... If you are creative enough,& check some basic research, one might be able to fix their own, though in this case i would definately say to check the books//& i do mean real books:))
No need to pay a plumber!
