It should be bolted on two rails on the back. If the bolts are seized, you can spray the threads with WD-40 so that it goes into where it's screwed into the nut and tap lightly for about 15 seconds. Try to loosen. You may have to repeat a few times to get it loosened. Sometimes tightening before loosening helps as well.
If it's the glass you are having trouble with. You can take the whole framed piece to your glass guy and the can remove it and reinstall the new mirror.
