Nothing like a relaxing lavender bath - so soothing! Why should babies and children get all the fun! I try and get at least one in per week.
You’ll need an inflatable pillow/back rest. The over the tub trays are nice, too. Be prepared to periodically add hot water. You might not want to take your electronic devices into the tub and paperback books -there’s a reason they’re called “pulp fiction”.

Get yourself a candle, a suction cup bath pillow for the back, some good scents to add to the tub, and relax.
I am a firm believer in this. A warm bath, some lavender essential oil in a small bowl and a good book or magazine. Helps to take your mind elsewhere. No phones or internet
