Rub a walnut across the scratches, it will fill them in. Might have to repeat occasionally.
They sell a crayon like product for this. Check your home depot or flooring store
We had engineered hardwood that took a beating from dogs' nails...I found that using a sharpie worked the fastest for the edges, although I did also use the minwax coloured wood crayons for deep gouges. I also found a couple of stains to match the floor and used thar to touch up/blend some areas
Old English makes different shades of scratch color.
