I saw as I was shopping yesterday ,Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches . I thought Eclipse dessert as I looked at them.
I got a box of Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches , and a large tube of yellow frosting. I un wrapped the ice cream ,then working fast. I piped some yellow frosting around the ice cream, then used tooth pick and pulled little strings of the frosting out and up away from the ice cream .So it would look like the yellow glow from the sun, behind the dark moon Work fast with the frosting because the cold ice cream will get the soft frosting to heard to work with .Then just pop it back in the freezer. Until The big day Oh it takes about 5 minutes to do one then pop back in freezer to start the next one

Hi Boy was that a light bulb going off in my head and a fog horn in my ear going off when I saw those Skinny cow ice creams I knew what they would be.
