One of my friends called called in the car dent removal guy. Have no idea what it cost, but if you have a friend in the car restoration business, might be a possibility if other methods do not work out.
Have you tried a toilet bowl plunger? The suction might be strong enough to pull out the dent.

I was just reading comments and sitting here thinking I've seen car dealerships and dent repair shops use a toilet plunger so I'll try and let you know , thank you!
I've used a car dent removing kit from Harbor Freight. Used hot glue and followed the directions, it pulled it right out! Best $15 I ever spent.
