Pour a cup into a basin and fill it with warm water to soak your feet. It's relaxing, detoxifying, takes away aches and pain, provides increased magnesium and softens your feet, too! I also mix a tablespoon with a gallon of water and give it to my plants, they love it!!!

Adding to what DesertRose stated, I stepped on broken glass. The podiatrist took the shard out of my foot but advised me to soak my foot in Epsom Salts to draw out any small pieces left inside. It worked! So I guess you can add the ability to draw out impurities from the skin!
