You can use a two part epoxy to glue glass together. I do that with thrift store items to make serving platters for events I bake for. I am sure you could do the same with bowls and other items to make birdbaths!

How can I make a bird bath with stuff from home ?

i saw a beautiful bird bath combo feeder made out of terra cotta planters on this site
Don't make that bowl too deep cause they won't use it unless its pretty shallow, I learned this with my new ceramic bird bath, had to put a stone in there for them to sit on.
