If they are not Fragile you could Paint them..............
As long as they are not broken spray paint them with Rustoleums 2X for plastic applying two lights coats allowing to dry in-between
There are spray paints available in a variety of colors that will make them look like new. Give them a book cleaning and be sure they are completely dry before you oaint. It is best to do several light costs so you don't get runs. Good luck!
If they aren't broken just wash them with soap and water using a Mr. Clean sponge, let them dry then spray paint them with Rustoleum 2X outdoor spray paint. You'll be amazed at how pretty they look! You can then use as is or add a pretty outdoor chair seat cushion to them. Add a cute little table and you've got a beautiful outdoor seating area for very little money!
I was given 6 white plastic chairs in fairly good condition, just dirty. They got a good cleaning & I stenciled the top ledge & arms to give them color & design charm. They even co-ordinate with placemats & chair pads. Best of Luck!
You can always use extra seating so wash them and use plastic paint in a beautiful new color
