You should select complementary colors such as blues, greens and grays. I would suggest painting the middle section of the Jack and Jill bathroom and the bedrooms one color and end sections of the bathroom a second color.
You just need to tape off your areas and wait for paint to be completely dry before messing with your tape to go to a new color. Also, before taping off the previous color, make sure that paint is completely dry before you put tape on it. Then paint away, that's the beautiful thing about painting the interior of your home...your choices, your preferences. Do it anyway that you like it. There are several apps for your phone where you can actually take a photograph of the space you're wanting to paint and then play around with the different colors to get an idea of what you will like or not. The app just fills in your walls with the different shades of paint. Hope this helps! Good luck with your project! π
You can have the bedrooms be 2 different colors but in the same color family and the bathroom can be a third but as long as it stays in the same color family. Example 3 shades of green that will not clash
You could also make a bold choice like if you had one bedroom in soft gray and the other in muted blue, in the bathroom could be nautical deep blue with white trim. Or perhaps if one bedroom was gold and the other yellow, then the bathroom could be muted red and black with sunflowers. In my Florida House I had one bedroom in tropical greens and the other bedroom in tropical blues. The bathroom in between turned out to be cream with coral accents. Kinda like Miami on that little side of the house.
Paint the bedrooms the colors you want and wallpaper the jack and jill bathroom in a pattern that incorporates both colors.
You are welcome.
