I'm not sure what you mean. If the wood is treated you should not use it for compost. Are you asking about making a composter with them?
Assuming you want a large compost bin, take the boards off the back of the pallet, but leave all the other boards in place. Make a box using four pallets (front, back, two sides) and screw the edges together. You can get fancier by creating an access panel at the bottom (remove one or two boards completely or make a door from the removed boards and reattach with piano hinges) make a lid from another pallet broken down or other reclaimed wood...
