you 'can' but it will be an expensive temporary job, because the panels are not rigid enough to hold the tile in the long term.
there are new style, peel-and-stick tiles for backsplashes that are lightweight and might last for a while (Smart Tile is the brand that comes to mind) but they are limited as to color.
No those resin boards won't hold the weight of the tile, glue and grout.
