Purchase concrete paint specifically for floors at Lowe's/ Home Depot.
Make sure the temperature is right, the floor is dry and there is paint specifically for this.
I also use a low nap roller on the long handle. I buy the long handles at the hardware store.

is there anyway to keep the paint from coming off the concrete floor. Our carport floor was cleaned very well before the paint was put on, but the paint came off in spots. These spots were not a place the concrete floor was soiled prior to painting it. My husband repainted the spots, but the paint came off in other areas How can this problem been fixed?
