Some smaller versions with plastic hooks are great for bathroom storage, hanging from cup hooks on vanity doors or from wire closet racks. Hairbrushes, hairbands, etc.

I've used these bags for years. I use them to store out of season clothes, sweaters, winter coats. In my car I always have a couple of jackets so if I go in a building, movies, doctor's office, casino, traveling with the air condition, etc. I'm always prepared. I also keep my car accessories (jump cables etc.) in them in the spare tire well. When my kids where small I used the small ones or larger zip lock bags to pack their clothes in, so that each today all they had to do was to grab a bag to dress. It had underwear, socks, shirt, pants or shorts. I still do that for for my Mother who is 84 years old with alzheimer's. She also dress herself and remind independent. Anytime I see someone throughing them away, I ask them if they're sure they want to do that, after telling them what they can be used for. If so I take them. There's so many uses for these bags I just keep looking for new ways to use them. Hope thesee ideas can help you. For our flood victims our hearts and prayers go out to you. If you have time to gather some clothes before evaluating put clothes in zip lock bag then in backpacks. God bless you all.
