Try to sand the chipping areas, so their flat with the rest of the floor. They have so many different kinds of paint, that you roll on with a roller. Go to Homedepot or Lowe's, and ask in the paint department. I'm sure you get honest help. Good Luck!
Try to find out why the paint is chipping. Is it caused by the weight of the car, basketballs hitting in a certain area, dragging or storing tools or heavy bags of dog food or garden rocks? After you paint the garage floor this time, see if you can move the offending elements to a less visible place. You can use large carpet scraps under where you store shovels and the lawnmower. You can even lay down cheap carpet squares where the car should be parked. If the chipping is mostly where the garage door closes, add extra layers of sealer on the first six feet of the garage floor. I hope you get ideas you can use on Hometalk. Best wishes 😇
