Remove your seat and see how the last one was attached. You can buy vinyl upholstery fabric at fabric store.
When reupholstering seats you want to attach one side at the center of that side, then directly across from it you want to attach the opposite side after pulling just tight. Now do the same for the other two sides.
Working out from one side center at about
1 1/2" intervals you want to attach first one side and then diagonally across to the opposite side. Next go to the other side of the first center and repeat.
Then do the same on the other two sides. Continue in this fashion until you are 2 - 3" from the corners.
At the corners pull your fabric over the corner so that the corner of the fabric makes a triangle and point the tip toward the center of the seat, pulling taught and attach. Complete all corners and then finish pulling and attaching side fabric.
