Removing cat urine smell from hardwood floors can be challenging. For a home solution, try hydrogen peroxide applied directly to the affected area. Pour the hydrogen peroxide over the stain and then cover it with a clean cloth soaked in hydrogen peroxide.
If you have black "burned" looking stain marks, you will not be able to remove them - the urine has reacted with the tannic acid in the wood and the "stain" is a chemical reaction into the wood not just on top. You can camouflage the stains by applying a dark (er) stain after resurfacing (sanding) the floor(s) .
but before all of this go ahead and try the hydrogen peroxide or bleach or any products that art designed to clean hardwood floors. Because if any work on some of the stains then that will be the fewer you need to treat more aggressively
:( inwould usually say vinegar but that might ruin your floor
I'd call a flooring store, a place like Petco, or PetSmart, and call Homedepot or Lowe's. You should get some advice to resolve your problem between these places. Good Luck!
Cat urine can only be removed using an enzymatic solu that breaks down the crystalline structure of the urine. I used Nature's miracle when my daughter brought a leaky cat home who almost destroyed a quilt made by my Mother. Follow the package directions and it works. Smell is 100% gone!!!
For stains, Estasban is right, once the tannins in the door have reacted it's a done deal. You can sand the floors for refinishing and get a better idea of what needs hidden or replaced. I would hire an actual hardwood floor guy for that part.

I hope you are able to save your floors
