How to eliminate pest from garden, naturally.

My husband made me a nice garden, but the peonies got a fungus on them and died. Now my egg plant is getting tiny holes chewed into the leaves. My rose bush's leaves are turning brown then getting black spots. Is this a pest? How do I fix the problem.

    The roses have a fungus created by improper watering.Use the three in now systemic system by Bayer.Fungus,insect and fertilizer control. The eggplants should by sprayed down with horticultral oil.

    Spraying with soap solution. Also sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Pepper ha to be renewed after the rain.
