I thought about somehow putting some green on it, as I will carry some of this it into the kitchen, and there is a granite with green that I love! What is liming?
Strip it and re-stain it, but it will always look like Oak or Paint it......
Personally I would pull a color out of your fire place to paint or stain the bookcase
buy Renew in a darker color. Renew comes in all the wood colors I got mine at ACE hardware
buy "Renew" in Maple color,apply and wax after with Howard Feed-N-Wax both at Ace hardware
