Redecorating Built-in Bookcases

After Christmas, the decor on the bookshelves were a little displaced. I recently made book page rose wreaths for each built-in and as a result wanted to incorporate more books to the shelves. Do you have a formula when decorating bookshelves? Mine is simple.
